T.K. Chang graduated with a B.A. from Harvard College in 1977, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1983 and a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1983, and also an M.A. in East Asian Studies from Yale University in 1979.  Mr. Chang has practiced law for over 27 years In New York City, Greenwich and Asia.  Most recently, he was the resident full-time acting General Counsel for a private equity firm in Greenwich, Connecticut, which was at one time the 13th largest private company in the U.S., according to Forbes.

Mr. Chang has written a book on international taxation, and over 60 articles on law, including in the International New York Times, Asian Wall Street Journal, China Daily, International Financial Law Review and Harvard International Law Journal.  His views on legal topics have been quoted over 70 times in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes,  and Economist, etc., and he has also been a guest on CNN Business, Bloomberg TV and CNBC.
